RECIPE FOR 4 PEOPLE

 

INGREDIENTS

 

MAIN INGREDIENTS

500 GR                  FRIED MAIZ TORTILLAS  * NACHOS

2 ½ CUP                RED OR GREEN SAUCE   * *ENCLOSE  RECIPE

250 GR                  CREAM FRESH

50 GR                    ONIONS IN SLICES

100 GR                  FRESH  CHEESE SMALL PIECES

1 CHch                SAL

 OPTIONAL: FOR DISH MASTER INCLUDE 250 G OF meat: Chicken or pig

 

SAUCE INGREDIENTS (GREEN OR RED)

¾ CUP ONIONS  IN SMALL PIECES

2 PCS                     PARSLEY CHOPPED

500 GR                  TOMATOES (RED OR GREEN)

2 PCS                     GREEN FRESH CHILIES ( SPAANS PEPPER)

¼ CUP                   OIL

1 CHch                  SALT  

 

 

PREPARATION

 

STEP 1 Make de Sauce , boil all the fresh ingredients in water  and blender  them, frying the oil with onion and salt, and cook  the sauce to leave thickens in 15 min..

 

STEP 2 Place the Maize TORTILLAS  on a serving  plate and deep the sauce to cover them,  few minutes before will be served. 

 

STEP 3 Present and sprinkle over:  cheese, cream and onion and the optional meat.
