 The Salsas and  Moles, This are one of the main dishes and ingredients  in  the Mexican cuisine, you can fine it in  everyday meal or in a special event menus , they are the garrisons or complements, in some cases are the main element of menu, its recipe and preparation can be composed of different ingredients and spices, some of them as the moles may have more than 36 elements, which combining them create a symphony of flavors , we are sure  demanding palates  will never forget this menu.

In this occasions we make a  tribute  to the MICHOACÁN gastronomy , this cuisine was one of the principal bases  for win the tribute and homage of the  Mexican gastronomy by the UNESCO as  world heritage.
